CANTINA 1511 - TORRINGTON
With Cantina 1511 Torrington, we were tasked to give Cantina a small rebranding makeover. Also, the Torrington location is the first location to offer breakfast and brunch regularly and is located in a family-friendly neighborhood. Even though patrons will still find brand elements of the other Cantina 1511 locations, we took the design back and created an updated take on old Mexico. Blue and white tile work combined with wood elements. Hand-painted tin ceiling tiles, custom printed table tops that are reminiscent of classic fabrics used in Mexican design, and an eclectic mix of fabrics and materials used on the existing booths give Torrington a different look than any of the other locations. Of course, we wanted to also add a fun twist and engage local artist Matt Hooker to paint a fun mural. We topped that look with a blue neon sign, which reads: “Soup of the day: Tequila”
