Avana Twenty9 is located in close vicinity to stone mountain in the Atlanta, Georgia area, which offers a plethora of nature inspiration. Drawing from those inspirations, we developed a design story that pays homage to the textures, shapes and colors of nature. The clubhouse features a newly laid out open leasing office with optimized space for the leasing agents and property and facility managers. The clubhouse itself has opened up and features a resident amenity area as well as a game area for social gatherings and pool billiards. We added a few conversation furniture pieces that will surely spark conversations. The pool area will receive a refresh with new furniture and a new layout as well as adding some biophilic elements. The public restrooms and fitness are both getting a major overhaul with new finishes matching the design story and new equipment.
